Every NFT is really a piece of programming code, which on the Ethereum blockchain is known as a smart contract.
In addition to allowing non-fungible tokens to be owned and transferable, the standards discussed earlier allow NFTs to contain the following aspects:
A name, a piece of main content, and a supply (which is usually one) are all required for all practical purposes. Optional extras include a description, unlockable content, and ongoing royalties. Traits can be a key component of an NFT's main content or the main content itself. In some cases, preview content may be required. The following section goes over the various types and variations.
This is pretty straightforward. Every NFT, like every piece of art, has a name. The name you pick here will be the collection name that appears on most marketplaces, such as Openesea and LooksRare.
